Workflow context
The form records enough professional context to understand the proposed technical evaluation without requesting payment or identity documents.
Controlled evaluation
The controlled early-access process is intended for selected Windows engineering PDF workflows before the planned public beta. A request describes the technical work a participant wants to evaluate and permits Eigenexis Systems to assess release fit. Submission does not guarantee selection, product access, timing, support, or future commercial terms.
Context
A workflow description is more useful than a generic registration because it identifies the document types, technical operations, scale, review needs, forms, OCR conditions, or persistence behaviour that matter to the participant.
Eigenexis Systems uses the submitted information to assess release fit, contact selected participants, and communicate qualification milestones when the required consent has been provided.
Workflow
Submit a professional contact, organization, primary workflow, optional evaluation context, and consent to receive relevant development and public-beta updates.
Eigenexis Systems reviews the workflow information against the current product scope and qualification needs.
Selected participants may be contacted separately with confirmed scope, system requirements, evaluation terms, and access information when appropriate.
Scope
The form records enough professional context to understand the proposed technical evaluation without requesting payment or identity documents.
Consent permits relevant qualification and availability communication; it is not a licence, purchase, or access entitlement.
The privacy notice explains these choices and identifies that a monitored request channel must be published before external beta invitations begin.
It does not verify identity, create an account, accept payment, sell a licence, distribute an installer, issue an activation key, or guarantee access. Every submission remains unverified until a separate confirmation process is completed.
Do not submit passwords, payment information, government identifiers, confidential drawing contents, export-controlled information, or sensitive personal data in the optional message.
Registration
The visible registration area is preserved while the replacement intake system is isolated and qualified. This page does not accept or transmit applicant information during the upgrade.
Registration will reopen after the new protected intake system is qualified.
The Windows public beta remains planned for December 2026. No information can be submitted through this website while registration is paused.
Questions
No. Requests are reviewed for workflow and release fit. Submission does not guarantee selection, access, timing, support, or future commercial terms.
Provide the requested professional contact and organization details, choose the closest workflow, and optionally describe what you want to evaluate without including sensitive document contents.
The privacy notice explains the available choices and transparently states that the monitored request channel is still being commissioned. It must be published before external beta invitations begin.
